This Summer a Mission Trip in Music City USA

Just minutes from Nashville, TN's Music Row the needy of the inner city need your help. During one week of work you'll serve by building wheel chair ramps, renovate and repair homes and leaving knowing you made a real impact in Summer of 2010!

Last summer Mission Discovery's partnership with the Martha O'Bryan Center put us right in the middle of Nashville's needies neighborhoods.  While other teams worked throughout the inner city building wheelchair ramps for some of Nashvilles neediest residents.

"Nashville's inner city is full of beautiful." Says Maury Buchanan, Project Director. "It's the place you have heard the south to be...people sitting on their porches, connected with the community."

One of the residents a team worked for had never been able to leave her home on her own since loosing a leg in an auto accident.  The day the ramp was finished she came wheeling down the ramp with here hands in the air.  "The perfect ending to a great week," were the words of the leader of the high school construction team from Louisiana..

Mission Discovery is committed to quality mission trips with Christ at the center.
